Unusual Event: 9 Baltimore City Fireman showed-up at the Bel Air Firehouse advising that they “were here to help”. No one knew what they were talking about so they returned home. It ended up that the Town of Havre de Grace had requested the assistance due to HDG being flooded by ice floating down the Susquehanna River. Susquehanna Hose Company could not use any of their fire apparatus and requested Balt City send a unit to protect the Town.
