Cheswold Court Townhouse Fire
1230hr: Initially dispatched for a field fire (shrubs on fire) in the 900blk of Cheswold Court off of East MacPhail Road, BAVFC crews arrived to find that the fire had already extended to the townhomes themselves. Within four mins of alert crews were applying water, containing the fire to the outside of the structures only, limiting damages to $5,000. The FM is investigating the cause. There were no injuries.
