Halloween, 1030p: The BAVFC , Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co.and Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company worked this one alarm house in the 1700blk White Pine Way in Forest Hill. $10,000 damage to kitchen from malfunctioning appliance. There were no injuries. RG
