Townhouse Fire with Rescue and Injury
BAVFC crews alongside other volunteers from Aberdeen, Abingdon, Level, Fallston and Joppa Magnolia worked this one alarm townhouse fire on Pentwood Court off of Churchville Rd. First units arrived in just over 3 minutes of being dispatched and found what is shown in the image posted. Two children had escaped and one adult was removed by a neighbor prior to fd arrival. All were taken to regional trauma centers by land. One is in serious condition. The fire was contained within 15 minutes of the fire dept being dispatched. The cause is under investigation by the fire marshals office. Damage is estimated at $200,000. RG
